Submitting or starting a request does not create a confirmed appointment. Sanjeevani Health confirms the requested test, price, preparation, collection route, and final timing by phone or WhatsApp.
Test and package information
Catalogue, package, preparation, and pricing information may change. Current details must be confirmed by staff before a request is treated as confirmed.
Partner statement
Sanjeevani Health is a Thyrocare Authorized Partner. Thyrocare names, marks, and network claims remain the property of their respective owner and must be used according to current brand authorization.
Review status
These terms are provisionally usable for MVP scaffolding and still require formal review before production launch.
