Information we collect
Sanjeevani Health collects the minimum information needed to arrange a booking request, such as contact name, mobile number, locality, address for home collection, preferred window, requested test or package, and consent.
How we use information
Information is used to contact you about the booking request, confirm availability, explain preparation, and coordinate collection. A request is not a confirmed appointment until staff confirms it by phone or message.
What we avoid collecting
The MVP website should not collect Aadhaar, uploaded reports, diagnosis, symptoms, or unnecessary medical history.
Retention
Active booking information is retained while operationally required. Completed or cancelled identifiable booking records are provisionally planned for 180 days unless a longer lawful reason applies.
Review status
This privacy text is provisionally usable for MVP scaffolding and still requires formal privacy/legal review before production launch.
